BK Family: Annie Anderson
Our Brand Ambassador program has officially launched! We've found a group of people who love and support our brand and have interesting passions that we find really cool. As a brand we like to keep it fun, and this collection of inspiring ambassadors do just that.
Annie Anderson is from the UK and heads the blog Sharks Need Love. She is an avid supporter and protector of sharks. She loves to travel and go on dives to explore the deep sea. We are so excited to have her as part of our Blu Kicks family!
What is your favorite Blu Kicks Product?
I must say I'm IN LOVE with the shiny new Island Gold Blu Kicks! The shimmery, textured gold effect really suits my sandy, sunny, shark infested tropical island life.
What are you obsessed with right now?
This is an easy question to answer. The same thing I've been obsessed with all my life, sharks! Being a shark fanatic who has a shark scientist as a partner whilst living on a shark crazy island in the Bahamas means my obsession is a 24 x 7 kinda deal! Wake up, chat sharks, have lunch, chat sharks, dive or work with sharks whilst chatting sharks, have dinner, chat sharks, go to bed, dream about sharks. I'm the first to admit I have a rather unhealthy love affair with our finned fiends. The good news? I'm far from alone and with shark populations (as a whole) at an all time low they need all the love they can get.
What is your all time favorite travel destination?
This is a hard question to answer as I'm a true travel bug! I've travelled to over 35 countries and each offer a unique experience. If I had to pick a favourite I'd have to say Borneo, Malaysia. Located south of Thailand and east of Singapore and Kuala Lumpur, Borneo is a rather special place for the adventure traveller. Tropical rain forests, nesting turtles, wild orang-utans and reefs that boast some of the best diving in the world, Borneo truly is a wildlife lovers dream.
