How to make a return or exchange:

Contact us at hello@blukicks.com or call us at 415-895-2320. Our online support hours are Monday through Friday, 10am - 5 pm pst. If we don't get back to you right away, we'll be in touch within one business day at most!

To process your return, we just need your name and order number. Let us know if you're making a return or exchange and we will send you a pre-paid UPS return label via email. If you are making an exchange, we will ship your new items immediately.

Please ship your order back to us in the original packaging with the packing slip. Returned items must be in original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered) in the original box, free of damage and postal labels. If you are making a return, items will be refunded minus shipping charges within 10 days from receipt of the shoes in our warehouse. We cannot accept returns or exchanges on any final sale items. We will email you once your order has been refunded.
